Street Pianos

This summer, Sing London is working with artist Luke Jerram to install 30 Street Pianos in London’s streets, squares, markets and train stations. Marked Play Me, I’m Yours, they are there for all to play, sing and enjoy; from Chopsticks to Beethoven to Roll Over Beethoven.

In addition to impromptu play, the pianos can be used to showcase performances. Just choose the street piano of your choice and use the Street Pianos website to promote your event.

The website also lists Round the Piano events that everyone can join. A songbook is attached to each piano. The Pianos will be installed from June 23rd to July 14th. Find out more about London’s Street Pianos at www.streetpianos.co.uk.

The project will launch at Leicester Square on June 23rd at 18:30 with an Open Piano mic and songs for all. Chopsticks to Chopin… All are invited.
